Making a purchase on Dulcet Eyewear is easy! Here's a general guide:

  1. Browse our collection: Explore our website and select the eyewear you love.
  2. Add to cart: Once you've found your perfect pair, click the "Add to Cart" button.
  3. Review your cart: Check the items in your cart and adjust quantities as needed.
  4. Proceed to checkout: Click the "Checkout" button to proceed to the checkout page.
  5. Provide shipping information: Enter your shipping address, billing information, and choose your preferred shipping method.
  6. Choose payment method: Select your preferred payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and complete the payment process.
  7. Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once your order has been processed and shipped.

To avoid any inconvenience, please double-check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If you realize you've entered the wrong shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support immediately. We will do our best to assist you, but there's no guarantee that we can change the shipping address before your order is shipped.

Yes, we do ship internationally! We offer shipping to many countries. However, please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.  

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total. These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier when the package arrives at its destination.  

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential import costs.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. However, during peak seasons or for custom orders, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. This email will also provide an estimated delivery date.

We want you to love your Dulcet eyewear! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the order delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the original order confirmation or invoice.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [number] business days.  

For exchanges, please specify the desired item when contacting our customer support team. If the item you want is out of stock, we will contact you to offer alternative options or issue a refund.

Please note that certain items, such as final sale items or personalized eyewear, may not be eligible for return.
